Travel cancellation and refund

BGood morning, I accidentally bought a ticket but I haven't activated it yet, unfortunately I will not be able to do that route. Is it possible to have a refund or to be able to buy another ticket? Thank you very much

    We don't refund single tickets, but since it's not activated you can either save it for another time when you wish to travel within a year. You can also give it away to someone who also has a profile registered in the app by clicking on the white symbol in the top right corner on the "Tickets"-page.
