Refund due to Hässleholm fire

Hello,
I would like to apply for compensation, but I am not sure how to do it in this special case. Can you please help me?

Yesterday, on August 14th 2019, I tried to get home from Älmhult to Malmö when the fire in Hässleholm broke out. I planned on taking the train at 18:41, which was later canceled at around 19:50. At around 20:15 one bus arrived and took a few travelers. As we were waiting for more busses to come and take us to Hässleholm or Malmö, some travellers even tried to get to Kopenhagen, were we informed, that no more will come. We got the information, that we will have to take alternative kinds of transportation or a room for the night and that we will be compensated for that. Some of the travelers got help from friends and family in the area, some could manage to order a taxi. After about an hour of unsuccessfully trying to get hold of a taxi and some people to share it with (I was told by a taxi company that a taxi to Malmö would cost around 3500SEK and it would have taken at least 80 minutes for the taxi to arrive in Älmhult) I decided to take a room instead and hope for better luck on the morning. Nevertheless, it was much cheaper than a taxi and I was already freezing as I was not prepared for the cold evening. Just like some of the other travelers (there was already a cue when I arrived at the hotel), I got a room at IKEA HOTELL close to the train station.
Unfortunately, I can not provide a ticket from Älmhult to Osby because I did not buy a ticket as the train got cancelled and I was not sure how the buss situation will be. This morning, August 15th, I met someone at the Hotel who took me to Osby from where I got on a bus to Höör and back home.
How can I apply for a refund for the hotel? Can I even do that? And if yes, how?
